The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अनुभूयेतरामन्यां चित्रां योनिपरम्पराम् ।
अद्य मत्स्याः स्थिता राम काश्मीरारण्यपल्वले ॥ १५ ॥

anubhūyetarāmanyāṃ citrāṃ yoniparamparām |
adya matsyāḥ sthitā rāma kāśmīrāraṇyapalvale || 15 ||

Thus after passing successively into a variety of other forms, they are now lying as fishes in the wood-land lakes of Kashmir.
