ततः शौचोदकतांबूलदीपारार्तिकशीतलिकापुनः पूजादि निवेद्य यथाशक्त्या स्तुत्वा सुकृतं दुष्कृतं वा क्षमस्वेति प्रोच्य विसर्जयेत् ।
ततो भूयो नमस्य हेमवस्त्रोपवीतालंकारान् ब्राह्मणाय निवेद्य निर्माल्यं संहृत्यांभसि निक्षिपेत् ॥ ७२ ॥
