This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 112.66

षष्टि नागसहस्राणि अत्र सर्वे स्वलंकृता ।
दन्तिनो बलसंपन्ना हेमकल्पितवाससो ।
आरूढा प्रासशूलयष्टीतोमरनिगडायुधा ॥ ६६ ॥

ṣaṣṭi nāgasahasrāṇi atra sarve svalaṃkṛtā |
dantino balasaṃpannā hemakalpitavāsaso |
ārūḍhā prāsaśūlayaṣṭītomaranigaḍāyudhā || 66 ||

Here I have sixty thousand elephants all gaily caparisoned, tusked and powerful, wearing harness of gold, with riders armed with spears, lances, clubs, axes and lassoes. (66)
