The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.98.30

पुनः पतति कुण्डेऽन्तः पुनरार्तः पलायते ।
पुनः प्रविशति श्वभ्रं क्षणं शिशिरकाननम् ॥ ३० ॥

punaḥ patati kuṇḍe'ntaḥ punarārtaḥ palāyate |
punaḥ praviśati śvabhraṃ kṣaṇaṃ śiśirakānanam || 30 ||

He fell into a pond again, and then rose and ran with his body wringing with pain; falling again in hidden caves, and then resorting to the cooling shade of forest trees.
