तर्जनिमूर्थ्वतः कृत्वा अंगुळीनां च संगतिः ।
सृष्टिमुद्रेति कधिता तत्वन्यासादि केमता ।
शिखामुद्रा ।
अंगुष्ठं मध्यतः कृत्वामुष्टिंबथ्वाहृदिन्यसेत् ।
तर्जन्यं गुष्ठयोगेन शिरसिन्यसनं भवेत्. ॥ 40 ॥

tarjanimūrthvataḥ kṛtvā aṃguḷīnāṃ ca saṃgatiḥ |
sṛṣṭimudreti kadhitā tatvanyāsādi kematā |
śikhāmudrā |
aṃguṣṭhaṃ madhyataḥ kṛtvāmuṣṭiṃbathvāhṛdinyaset |
tarjanyaṃ guṣṭhayogena śirasinyasanaṃ bhavet. || 40 ||
