निश्रेयसाय युञ्जीत जपध्यानपरायणः ।
प्रत्याहारप्रकारद्वयम् ।
मनसा त्मन्यनुष्ठानं यदिदं नित्यकर्मणाम् ॥ 8 ॥

niśreyasāya yuñjīta japadhyānaparāyaṇaḥ |
pratyāhāraprakāradvayam |
