The Padma-purana verse 5.116.10 (Sanskrit text), including grammatical analysis, glossary and relevant print editions. The Padmapurana is a one of the largest of the eighteen Major Puranas containing roughly 50,000 metrical verses. Although popular for its inclusion of the Ramayana and large sections on pilgrimage guides this is also known for its dedication to both Shiva and Vishnu. This is verse 10 contained in chapter 116 of book 5 (पातालखण्ड, pātālakhaṇḍa).

आकर्ण्याथ रघूद्वहो द्विजवचः शुश्रूषुरासीत्कथां ।
तत्रस्थो निपुणं निवार्यवचनं सर्वैः श्रुतं तत्क्षणात् ।
शुश्रूषामि कथं महाद्भुततया स्वात्माश्रयामन्यथा ।
रक्षोबाधनवादिनीमथनृपः किंत्वेतदित्याह च ॥ १० ॥
