The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

शाखाप्रलम्बनपर हे ब्रह्मन्दीर्घतापस ।
तपः संहर संहारि गृहाणाभिमतं वरम् ॥ ३३ ॥

śākhāpralambanapara he brahmandīrghatāpasa |
tapaḥ saṃhara saṃhāri gṛhāṇābhimataṃ varam || 33 ||

He said: O painstaking Brahman, that hast long been pendent on the projected bough of this branching banian tree, suspend thy severe austerities, and accept thy desired boon, which I am ready to confer on thee.
