The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

बहिश्चान्तश्च दृश्यन्ते विपरीतान्यनेकशः ।
कार्याण्यतिकरालानि जीवैरसमधातुभिः ॥ ७२ ॥

bahiścāntaśca dṛśyante viparītānyanekaśaḥ |
kāryāṇyatikarālāni jīvairasamadhātubhiḥ || 72 ||

It is usual with men of disordered humours, to see many extraordinary sights and fearful appearances, both within and without them.
