The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अशङ्कितोत्पतद्वारिपूरपातपटावृताः ।
उत्पातपातनिपतद्वितानकवृता इव ॥ १९ ॥

aśaṅkitotpatadvāripūrapātapaṭāvṛtāḥ |
utpātapātanipatadvitānakavṛtā iva || 19 ||

They were not afraid of the rising or falling waters; but passed over the sea as upon sheet of cloth; and shrouded by the drizzling clouds, which foamed a canopy over them.
