तदालम्ब्य पदं शान्तमात्मानं नानुतप्यते ।
प्राणभक्षोन्मुखेऽपाने देशं कालं च निष्कलम् ॥ ५५ ॥

tadālambya padaṃ śāntamātmānaṃ nānutapyate |
prāṇabhakṣonmukhe'pāne deśaṃ kālaṃ ca niṣkalam || 55 ||

When a man reflects his prana breath to be devoured by the apana air both within as well as without himself, and loses his thoughts of time and space, he has no more any cause for sorrow.
