The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

राजन्नागच्छ गच्छाम इत्युक्त्वा भूपमन्त्रिणौ ।
अग्रे गन्तुं प्रवृत्तौ तौ रात्रावनुससार सा ॥ ५० ॥

rājannāgaccha gacchāma ityuktvā bhūpamantriṇau |
agre gantuṃ pravṛttau tau rātrāvanusasāra sā || 50 ||

She said, "Well raja, let us go together"and then followed the footsteps of the prince and his counsellor, who walked before her and led the way.
