The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ततस्ततः प्रभृत्येषा सूची दीर्घतपस्विनी ।
अरण्यान्यां स्थिता शक्र तत्र वर्षगणान्बहून् ॥ ४७ ॥

tatastataḥ prabhṛtyeṣā sūcī dīrghatapasvinī |
araṇyānyāṃ sthitā śakra tatra varṣagaṇānbahūn || 47 ||

Thenceforwards, O Indra! has she betaken herself to her protracted devotion, and passed many years in the solitary wilderness in her steady position and posture of body.
