ब्राह्मणादीनां सूतकमृतकयोर्जपाद्यनुष्ठानानर्हता ।
नाधिकारो ह्यनुष्ठाने सदशाहं भवेद्द्विज ।
द्वादशाहं नृपश्चैव वैश्यः पञ्चदशान्तिकम् ॥ 115 ॥

nādhikāro hyanuṣṭhāne sadaśāhaṃ bhaveddvija |
