This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 23.49

तेन समयेन स्थविरो धर्मरुचि उपागमेसि शास्तारं ।
पादौ जिनस्य वन्दति आह पि सुचिरस्य धर्मरुचि ॥ ४९ ॥

tena samayena sthaviro dharmaruci upāgamesi śāstāraṃ |
pādau jinasya vandati āha pi sucirasya dharmaruci || 49 ||

Then Dharmaruci, the elder, approached the Master and bowed at his feet. The Master said, “It is a very long time, Dharmaruci.” (49)
