The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.156.32

यदेव येनामलयामलात्म संवेद्यतेऽभ्यासमयं विदान्तः ।
सर्वोपमर्देन तदेव सोऽङ्ग सदस्त्वसद्वास्तु भवत्यविघ्नम् ॥ ३२ ॥

yadeva yenāmalayāmalātma saṃvedyate'bhyāsamayaṃ vidāntaḥ |
sarvopamardena tadeva so'ṅga sadastvasadvāstu bhavatyavighnam || 32 ||

The purity or impurity of the inner heart, to which one is habituated by his long practice or custom, continues to predominate over all his qualities and actions to the very last, and there is no power to contravene it in any manner.
