यावत्तत्र युगस्यान्तः संप्रवृत्तोऽतिदारुणः ।
भुवनं तद्विपर्यासमागतं सह संस्थया ॥ ५६ ॥

yāvattatra yugasyāntaḥ saṃpravṛtto'tidāruṇaḥ |
bhuvanaṃ tadviparyāsamāgataṃ saha saṃsthayā || 56 ||

As I was looking around, I saw the end of the world approaching with its direful aspect; and changing the course of nature, together with the positions of the world.
