The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.
Verse 7.115.54
वातायनागतलतावृतसौधकोशकोशातकीकुसुमकेसरमाहरद्भिः ।
आगुल्फकीर्णमुकुलाजिर एष वातैग्रामो विभाति नगरं वनदेवतानाम् ॥ ५४ ॥
vātāyanāgatalatāvṛtasaudhakośakośātakīkusumakesaramāharadbhiḥ |
āgulphakīrṇamukulājira eṣa vātaigrāmo vibhāti nagaraṃ vanadevatānām || 54 ||
The windows are overgrown with creeping plants in the rains, and the house tops are decorated with the flowers of the climbing creepers upon them. The ground is strewn over with the dropping flowers up to the heels, and the breezes are blowing the dust of the flowers all about. All these have made the woodlands the seats of the sylvan gods.
