The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

श्रीराम उवाच ।
एवं चेत्तद्वद ब्रह्मन्द्रष्टृदृश्यावभासनम् ।
किमिदं कथमाभाति भूयोऽपि वदतांवर ॥ ३३ ॥

śrīrāma uvāca |
evaṃ cettadvada brahmandraṣṭṛdṛśyāvabhāsanam |
kimidaṃ kathamābhāti bhūyo'pi vadatāṃvara || 33 ||

Rama rejoined:—If it is such, then please to explain moreover, O most eloquent sir, the nature of the visibles, their view, and viewer; and what are these that thus appear to our view?
