The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कल्पान्तेषु क्वचित्सर्वजगद्भ्रमघनश्रमात् ।
खे कज्जलासिते लीनं रुद्रेभ इव विद्युता ॥ ३८ ॥

kalpānteṣu kvacitsarvajagadbhramaghanaśramāt |
khe kajjalāsite līnaṃ rudrebha iva vidyutā || 38 ||

Being tired with my travel throughout the universe, at the kalpanta end of the world; I remained fixed amidst the dark clouds of heaven, as the elephant of Rudra abides there in company with.
