The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सोमोऽथ वरुणोऽग्निश्च तथान्येऽपि सुरर्षयः ।
देवगन्धर्वसिद्धानां साध्यानां च विनायकाः ॥ ४ ॥

somo'tha varuṇo'gniśca tathānye'pi surarṣayaḥ |
devagandharvasiddhānāṃ sādhyānāṃ ca vināyakāḥ || 4 ||

There were likewise the regent divinities of water, fire and the other deities also; so were there companies of rishis and siddhas and sadhyas, gandharvas and others.
