The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

उत्पातमेघनिर्ह्रादभूमिकम्पग्रहग्रहैः ।
अप्यातैरपि विज्ञातैर्भूतानां जायते गतिः ॥ २३ ॥

utpātameghanirhrādabhūmikampagrahagrahaiḥ |
apyātairapi vijñātairbhūtānāṃ jāyate gatiḥ || 23 ||

And all things continue in their destined course, whether they that are conscious or those which are unconscious of these changes in nature;such are the appearance of meteors and portents in the sky, the roaring of clouds, the eclipses of the planets, and the trembling of the earth below.
