The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सर्वसंकल्पकलना सत्येत्याबालमक्षतम् ।
स्वप्नादावनुभूतोन्तरर्थः केनापि लभ्यते ॥ ४० ॥

sarvasaṃkalpakalanā satyetyābālamakṣatam |
svapnādāvanubhūtontararthaḥ kenāpi labhyate || 40 ||
