The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स्वयत्नमात्रसंसाध्यादसहायादिसाधनात् ।
अनहंवेदनान्नान्यच्छ्रेयः पश्यामि तेऽनघ ॥ ४८ ॥

svayatnamātrasaṃsādhyādasahāyādisādhanāt |
anahaṃvedanānnānyacchreyaḥ paśyāmi te'nagha || 48 ||

It is possible by your own endeavour, and without the help of any person or thing, to attain to thy perfection; and therefore I see no better means for you to this than the thought of your unegoism.
