चिच्चतुर्भुजरूपेण जघानासुरमण्डलम् ।
कालो जलदखण्डेन सायुधेन यथाऽऽतपम् ॥ ३७ ॥

ciccaturbhujarūpeṇa jaghānāsuramaṇḍalam |
kālo jaladakhaṇḍena sāyudhena yathā''tapam || 37 ||

It was the Intellect which in the form of the four-armed vishnu, destroys the whole host of the demoniac asuras; as the rainy season dispels the solar heat, with its thundering clouds and rainbows.
