The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.47.28

इति तेषां मुखाच्छ्रुत्वा तस्मान्निर्गत्य मण्डलात् ।
प्रयागेऽकरवं शुद्ध्यै प्रायश्चित्तमहं द्विज ॥ २८ ॥

iti teṣāṃ mukhācchrutvā tasmānnirgatya maṇḍalāt |
prayāge'karavaṃ śuddhyai prāyaścittamahaṃ dvija || 28 ||

Hearing this news from their mouths, I departed from that district, intending, O Brahman, to do my penance, by making a pilgrimage to Prayaga.
