The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अहं भूतावकीर्णासु सालोकासु खगध्वजः ।
विहरामि दशाशासु मा देहमवधीरय ॥ ३५ ॥

ahaṃ bhūtāvakīrṇāsu sālokāsu khagadhvajaḥ |
viharāmi daśāśāsu mā dehamavadhīraya || 35 ||

I wander everywhere on my vehicle of the eagle, and take care of all animal beings lest they die before their time, and do not therefore like your negligence of yourself.
