स्वाभावतोऽस्याश्चिदृष्टेर्ये उन्मेषनिमेषणे ।
जगद्रूपानुभूतेस्तावेतावस्तमयोदयौ ॥ २३ ॥

svābhāvato'syāścidṛṣṭerye unmeṣanimeṣaṇe |
jagadrūpānubhūtestāvetāvastamayodayau || 23 ||

The twinklings of the intellectual eye in its acts of opening and shutting, cause the notions of the appearance and disappearance of the world in continued succession.
