The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.80.53

अर्कांशुभिः सूक्ष्मतरनिर्माणं यदनामयम् ।
अस्तितानास्तिते तत्र कल्पादेरिव कैव धीः ॥ ५३ ॥

arkāṃśubhiḥ sūkṣmataranirmāṇaṃ yadanāmayam |
astitānāstite tatra kalpāderiva kaiva dhīḥ || 53 ||

That which is rarer than the rays of the sun and never decays, is ever as uniform as it was before creation and disjoined from it. Hence its existence is tantamount to its nonexistence.
