The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स सर्गत्रितये कालो लीलाभर्तुर्हि योगतः ।
स क्वचित्किमहोरात्रः क्वचित्किं मासमात्रकः ॥ १५ ॥

sa sargatritaye kālo līlābharturhi yogataḥ |
sa kvacitkimahorātraḥ kvacitkiṃ māsamātrakaḥ || 15 ||

Please sir, kindly tell me this, because little hearing is not sufficient to me, as a drop of water is not enough to moisten the dry soil or the parched ground of summer heat.
