The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

रक्तनिःस्वनभाङ्कारफेत्कारार्धमृतारवम् ।
शिलामुखललद्रक्तधाराधूतरजःखगम् ॥ ५४ ॥

raktaniḥsvanabhāṅkāraphetkārārdhamṛtāravam |
śilāmukhalaladraktadhārādhūtarajaḥkhagam || 54 ||

The dying warriors were frothing forth floods of blood from their throats, and stones stained with blood were inviting the greedy vultures to devour them.
