The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.32.3

सेनाद्वितयमाक्षुब्धं सौम्याब्धिद्वितयोपमम् ।
महारम्भघनं मत्तं स्थितं राजद्वयान्वितम् ॥ ३ ॥

senādvitayamākṣubdhaṃ saumyābdhidvitayopamam |
mahārambhaghanaṃ mattaṃ sthitaṃ rājadvayānvitam || 3 ||

The meeting of the two forces made the ground appear as a billowy sea; like the meeting of two clouds in the sky, giving it the appearance of two hostile forces.
