The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यत्राद्य नगरं दृष्टं विचित्राचारचञ्चलम् ।
तत्रैवोदेति दिवसैः संशून्यारण्यधर्मता ॥ ५ ॥

yatrādya nagaraṃ dṛṣṭaṃ vicitrācāracañcalam |
tatraivodeti divasaiḥ saṃśūnyāraṇyadharmatā || 5 ||

What is seen to be a city to-day, and busy with the bustle of various occupations, passes in course of a few days into the condition of an uninhabited wilderness.
