स्थानात् स्थानं समाकृष्य सा प्रत्याहृति रिष्यते ।
अष्टादशमर्मस्थानानि. ।
पादाङ्गुष्ठं तथागुल्फं जङ्घामध्यं तथैव च ॥ 10 ॥

sthānāt sthānaṃ samākṛṣya sā pratyāhṛti riṣyate |
aṣṭādaśamarmasthānāni. |
pādāṅguṣṭhaṃ tathāgulphaṃ jaṅghāmadhyaṃ tathaiva ca || 10 ||
