बाहूचाग्रेण संस्पृश्य ततः शुद्धो भवेन्नरः ।
अनेनाचमनं कृत्वा मानवः प्रयतो भवेत् ॥ ११९ ॥

anenācamanaṃ kṛtvā mānavaḥ prayato bhavet || 119 ||
