अन्येन हि कृतः साक्षी नैवान्यस्तं विवादयेत् ।
तदभावे नियुक्तो वा बान्धवो वा विवादयेत् ॥ २२ [३६०] ॥

anyena hi kṛtaḥ sākṣī naivānyastaṃ vivādayet |
tadabhāve niyukto vā bāndhavo vā vivādayet || 22 [360] ||
