The Buddha Carita (Saddharma-pundarika) by Asvaghosa a famous Sanskrit text revolving around the live and exploits of the Buddha. The Buddha Carita (Buddhacarita) is written in the style of a Kavya (or Mahakavya, epic poetry) and extant original Sanskrit text consists of roughly 1,000 metrical verses.

Verse 4.76

कालीम् चैव पुरा कन्यां जलप्रभवसम्भवाम् ।
जगाम यमुनातीरे जातरागः पराशरः ॥ ७६ ॥

kālīm caiva purā kanyāṃ jalaprabhavasambhavām |
jagāma yamunātīre jātarāgaḥ parāśaraḥ || 76 ||

'So too in old time Parashara, overpowered by passion on the bank of the Yamuna, lay with the maiden Kali who was the daughter of the son of the Water (Agni).
