This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 64.465

पंच शीर्षसहस्राणि आत्मभावे प्रतिष्ठिता ।
एकशीर्षे च जिह्वानां शता पंच अनूनका ॥ ४६५ ॥

paṃca śīrṣasahasrāṇi ātmabhāve pratiṣṭhitā |
ekaśīrṣe ca jihvānāṃ śatā paṃca anūnakā || 465 ||

There are five thousand heads on his body, and in each head fully five hundred tongues. (465)
