The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सोणुः पश्यत्यथाकारमात्मनः स्वात्मकल्पितम् ।
हस्तपादादिकलितं चित्तादिकलनान्वितम् ॥ ३६ ॥
soṇuḥ paśyatyathākāramātmanaḥ svātmakalpitam |
hastapādādikalitaṃ cittādikalanānvitam || 36 ||
The same intellectual particle, saw likewise the different parts of its body; which it termed its hands, feet &c., as its outward members;and the heart &c., as the inner members of the body.
