The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अहमित्यर्थदुस्तैललवो ब्रह्मणि वारिणि ।
प्रसृतो यत्तदाश्वेतत्त्रिजगच्चक्रकं स्थितम् ॥ ४३ ॥

ahamityarthadustailalavo brahmaṇi vāriṇi |
prasṛto yattadāśvetattrijagaccakrakaṃ sthitam || 43 ||

When egoism like a particle of dirty oil falls into the pellucid water of Brahma; it spreads over its surface in the form of globules, resembling the orbs of worlds floating in the air.
