The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

हृत्प्राणकुम्भकं देवं बहिश्चापानकुम्भकम् ।
पूरकांशविसृष्टं यत्तच्चित्तत्त्वमुपास्महे ॥ ७२ ॥

hṛtprāṇakumbhakaṃ devaṃ bahiścāpānakumbhakam |
pūrakāṃśavisṛṣṭaṃ yattaccittattvamupāsmahe || 72 ||

I adore the lord intellect, which is the Kumbhaka breath in the heart, and the apana Kumbhaka on the outside; and a part of the puraka left behind.
