The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.8.11

अन्ये ऊचुः ।
द्वयोर्मध्यगतं नित्यमस्तिनास्तीति पक्षयोः ।
प्रकाशनं प्रकाश्यानामात्मानं समुपास्महे ॥ ११ ॥

anye ūcuḥ |
dvayormadhyagataṃ nityamastināstīti pakṣayoḥ |
prakāśanaṃ prakāśyānāmātmānaṃ samupāsmahe || 11 ||

Others chanted said:—We adore that Being, which is in the midst of all what is and what is not (i.e. between existence and non-existence); and that spiritual light, which enlightens all lightsome objects.
