The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अधित्यकामतीत्याशु गत्वा चोपत्यकातटान् ।
विवेश शैलपादस्थं किरातजनमण्डलम् ॥ १५ ॥

adhityakāmatītyāśu gatvā copatyakātaṭān |
viveśa śailapādasthaṃ kirātajanamaṇḍalam || 15 ||

Having passed the heights, she came to the valley at the foot of the mountain; and thence proceeded to the habitation of the Kirata people, who inhabit the skirts at the bottom of the hills.
