The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.53.26

इयं मे सहजा भार्या ममेयं सहजा सखी ।
ममेयं सहजा राज्ञी भृत्योऽयं सहजो मम ॥ २६ ॥

iyaṃ me sahajā bhāryā mameyaṃ sahajā sakhī |
mameyaṃ sahajā rājñī bhṛtyo'yaṃ sahajo mama || 26 ||

Thus the king received his wife as his companion and queen, and his servants as cognate with himself.
