जगदादावनुत्पन्नं यच्चेदं दृश्यते ततम् ।
तत्स्वात्मन्येव विमले ब्रह्मचित्त्वात्स्वबृंहितम् ॥ ३९ ॥

jagadādāvanutpannaṃ yaccedaṃ dṛśyate tatam |
tatsvātmanyeva vimale brahmacittvātsvabṛṃhitam || 39 ||

This world which appears so very vast and extensive, was not in being at the beginning. It resided in the pure spirit of Brahma, and was evolved from the mind (Chitta) of Brahma.
