The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

महापदतिदीर्घेषु सद्विचारपरो नरः ।
न निमज्जति मोहेषु तेजोराशिस्तमःस्विव ॥ १५ ॥

mahāpadatidīrgheṣu sadvicāraparo naraḥ |
na nimajjati moheṣu tejorāśistamaḥsviva || 15 ||

The man of right judgement is not liable to fall into the long and dangerous maze of error (like others); but remains as a blaze of light amidst the gloom.
