The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एवं मृता म्रियन्ते च मरिष्यन्ति च कोटयः ।
भूतानां यां जगन्त्याशामुदितानि पृथक्पृथक् ॥ १० ॥

evaṃ mṛtā mriyante ca mariṣyanti ca koṭayaḥ |
bhūtānāṃ yāṃ jagantyāśāmuditāni pṛthakpṛthak || 10 ||

The millions of beings that are dead, those that are dying and will die hereafter, are all to be reborn here according to the different desires in their minds.
