The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

युष्मदादिप्रणीतेन व्यवहारेण जन्तवः ।
मर्यादां न विमुञ्चन्ति तां न हातुं त्वमर्हसि ॥ १२ ॥

yuṣmadādipraṇītena vyavahāreṇa jantavaḥ |
maryādāṃ na vimuñcanti tāṃ na hātuṃ tvamarhasi || 12 ||
