The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ग्रन्थेनानेन लोकोऽयमस्मात्संसारसंकटात् ।
समुत्तरिष्यति क्षिप्रं पोतेनेवाशु सागरात् ॥ १४ ॥

granthenānena loko'yamasmātsaṃsārasaṃkaṭāt |
samuttariṣyati kṣipraṃ potenevāśu sāgarāt || 14 ||

"By this work of yours men will forthwith pass over this hazardous world, in the same manner as one crosses the sea in a vessel."
