Consisting of 18 books, the Mahabharata details the history and legends concerning ancient India (Bharata), including a major battle campaign involving the Kauravas and the Pandavas, also known as the Kurukshetra War. कुरुते मूढमेवं हि यः श्रेयो नाधिगच्छति ।
धूपैरञ्जनयोगैश्च नस्यकर्मभिरेव च ।
भेषजैः स चिकित्स्यः स्याद्य उन्मार्गेण गच्छति ॥ ३४ ॥

kurute mūḍhamevaṃ hi yaḥ śreyo nādhigacchati |
dhūpairañjanayogaiśca nasyakarmabhireva ca |
